Financial data anonymous by design

No business name. No company number. No identifiers. Your financial figures are stored anonymously within FAST and cannot be linked to you or your business by anyone — including AddKPI.

1. Who We Are

AddKPI Limited operates FAST (Financial Accounts and Statement Translator) at addkpi.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through FAST.

2. What Data We Collect

Email address — collected when you sign in to FAST using a magic link. Used solely for account access and service notifications.

Financial figures — the revenue, profit, balance sheet, and other financial data you enter into FAST. These are stored anonymously. No business name, company registration number, or any other identifier is collected or linked to your financial figures. Your financial data cannot be connected to your identity or your business by anyone, including AddKPI.

IP address — recorded at the time you accept our Terms of Service, for legal and compliance purposes only.

Grade history — your A–F grades and associated figures stored over time to provide trend analysis. Stored anonymously.

Account preferences — sector, role, and notification settings you provide. Entirely optional.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your business name, company registration number, Companies House number, VAT number, or any other business identifier. We do not collect payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe). We do not use advertising pixels, social media tracking, or behavioural analytics.

4. How We Use Your Data

Email address: to send you a magic link to access FAST, and to send service notifications you have opted in to (grade change alerts, monthly reminders, critical indicator alerts). Legal basis: contract performance.

Financial figures: to calculate and display your A–F grades. Legal basis: contract performance. These are never used for any other purpose.

IP address at Terms acceptance: to maintain a compliance record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests (PI/PL compliance).

5. Who We Share Data With

Supabase — database and authentication provider. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. [INSERT SUPABASE DATA PROCESSING DETAILS AND REGION]

We do not sell your data. We do not share your financial data with any third party for any purpose other than the technical processing described above.

6. Cookies and Session Storage

FAST uses session cookies set by Supabase to maintain your authenticated session. These are strictly necessary cookies — they are required for the service to function and do not require your consent under UK PECR.

FAST also uses your browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie) to temporarily hold your grade calculation results between entering figures and authenticating. This data is held in your browser only and is not transmitted to our servers until you sign in.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking technology.

7. Data Retention

Active accounts: your data is retained for as long as your account is active.

You may delete your data at any time from Settings > Data and Privacy.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; export your data in a portable format; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@addkpi.com. You may also export or delete your data directly from Settings > Data and Privacy without contacting us.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by email. Continued use of FAST after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
